Q: Where are you located?
A: Columbia, SC (Formerly located in Warner Robins, GA).
Q: Which languages are spoken at this office?
A: English and/or Spanish, as appropriate for the client.
Q: Which SC insurance plans do you accept?
A: Babynet only -Part C, Fee for Service- regular Medicaid, Select Health, and Tricare. By January 2023, the following plans are projected to be accepted: Absolute, Humana, and Molina. BCBS and Healthy Blue are also pending. Additional insurance plans may offer out-of-network benefits, depending on your plan. Additional insurance plans are pending. If your insurance is not yet accepted, a superbill can be created for you to submit to your insurance.
Q: How do I know whether my child has a communication disorder?
A: The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will determine the diagnosis based on clinical observation, evaluation, and parent report.
Q: Where does the session take place?
A: You can join the session from the comfort of your home using teletherapy if you are located in Georgia or South Carolina.
Q: Which GA insurance plans do you accept?
A: In Georgia where telehealth is available, the following plans are in-network: Tricare, GA Medicaid, Amerigroup, Caresource, Peach State, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, and private pay. Additional insurance plans may offer you out-of-network benefits, depending on your plan. If your insurance is not accepted, a superbill can be created for you to submit to your insurance.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please call to cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Frequent no-shows and/or cancellations may result in removal from the schedule to allow others on the waiting list access to therapy.
