Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where does the session take place?

A: Your home (in-person or via teletherapy), your child's daycare, preschool, or private school with permission.

Q: Can I attend the session with my child?

A: This varies between each client; in general it is not recommended for the caregiver to sit in on the session.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Please call to cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.


A no-show fee of $35 will be charged for no-shows. Please submit a Doctor's note for any medically-related missed appointments. 

Repeated no-shows and/or cancellations may result in removal from the schedule to allow other clients on the waiting list access to therapy.
